I selected this hotel for location. I was attending a birthday party for a local musician, Eden Brent, at the Walnut Street Blues Bar one block north. The hotel is also a short distance from the Casinos. The hotel is a grand old building with a large fenced courtyard. Although the temperature was in the 50's, customers were dining and... More

We stayed here in June 2012 in a mid price room so around $85 inc tax. The outside of the hotel is beautiful, historic and interesting. The location is ideal for the centre of Downtown Greenville and it is perfect as an overnight stopover for the blues trail. It is owned by the owner of the nearby casino who is... More

Hotel has potential, however, for the price of $79.00 I expected more. My criticisms are to help not harm you need to do some simple tweaks. The hotel definitely needs updating if you can't do that then you need to clean it better. Example oil the surface of all the doors in the halls & in the rooms they were... More

I love old buildings that have been converted to Inn's. This one has a lot of history & its a good building. The staff is very nice & helpful and we always get the room we want. I have read the other post on here & I know this Inn is not the newest Inn but one has to appreciate... More

Recently stayed at this in on my first trip to Greenville with my fiancee and three teens. The room equipped with two doubles and a hide a bed gave plenty of sleeping accommodations. The rooms were a bit in need of attention, but the staff kind and willing to help in any way. Located within walking distance of a casino,... More

My wife and I traveled to Greenville for a big delta wedding and everything was great but our hotel. I have always preferred boutique to chain hotels, but in Greenville I suggest sticking to the big name national chain hotels. We were rudely greeted upon arrival to the inn and told that our room would not be ready until 3... More

Very dated. The beds were very old and hard. The halls smell like smoke. The non smoking room did not smell like smoke. Don't do it, seek out comfort and safety away from downtown.

My wife and I took 2 very young grandchildren for an overnight visit to Greenville, MS. We had previously stayed here on another visit and had liked it. We had requested connecting rooms and were told that we had reserved the only connecting rooms in the hotel. We got there in the early afternoon to check in. Our reservation was... More
