The hotel has very friendly staff, the concierge lounge is excellent and the front desk staff are very helpful, rooms are airy, a little dark as are many hotels. The gym is not as nice as some of the other Hilton Properties but it is useable

After checking into my room i noticed that the bathtub had been refinished and the new finish was peeling off. There were dirty water marks on the shelves under the bathroom sink. Upon looking further I found that rug needed to be vacuumed. I will not return to this Hilton.

The service at this Hilton is good, I believe this is the best hotel in Jackson, but what makes it great is the food at Wellingtons. Nice property, rooms are spacious and very clean. I didn't have the opportunity to use any of the facilities as it was a quick business trip. The location was good, plenty of restaurants in the area. Very easy check in process, staff helpful

This hotel was a good overall property with one big exception for me....way too much light allowed into my room overnight. I cannot sleep well with too much light, and there was no way to shield me from the light penetrating the curtains or through the entry door from the hallway.

The hotel is nicely located and the staff and facilities are very good. Strongly recommended. I used this hotel every time I am in Jackson and it nevers disappoints me, this is probably my 5th or 6th stay within the last 2 years or so.
