Stayed one night just on business - close to the airport car rental location of Enterprise if you are there. On the good side, service was great from check-in to anywhere else. The fitness center was nice for the space they have. On the interesting side, the decor is uber-modern over an ancient round layout, including the bar/lounge (which I... More

Lipstick on the Pig is a bit too harsh, however despite a glossy exterior, lobby, and bar, they need to fix the infrastructure. I stayed 3 nights, 2 rooms with my wife and twenty-something sons. Great location, easy parking (though they did charge $10/night). We did enjoy the recently remodeled bar area, modern decor, but cozy. My room is in... More

Amazing staff created lasting memories for my family. From Josh in operations to Alex and Mae in guest services, we experienced professional & courteous staff. The location was accessible to entertainment & tourist destinations. Bar & dining are a must - no need to leave the property! I would recommend this to anyone visiting St. Louis. Thanks again to the... More

Apparently I was fortunate to be in a room on the side opposite the airport, because a friend staying on the other side was kept awake by plane noise and I never heard any. I did hear the cell phone alarm from the room next door at 5:00am. More

My review is similar to some of the others I've read. Was charged 12.50 a night for internet, but that's not the first time I've seen that. Overall though, this was a great place. In fact, we needed to switch from a "one king bed" room to a "two queens" and they switched it no problem. It took a little... More

This property was remodeled just this year and it is really nice. The interior design aesthetic in the lobby is a bit over the top for me - very eastern European and way too cluttered, but it is at least adventurous, so I give them big points for that. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Service for both... More

I want three things from a hotel: a decent bed, free wireless and a decent health club. This hotel has a very nice health club, one of the best ive seen. They fail miserably on everything thing else. In addition you have to call over and over to get anyone to answer the phone. You have to beg to get... More

The title of my review may be a bit harsh, but the sentiment is apt. This hotel would be fine if it were a Fairfield Inn or a Courtyard, but as a Renaissance, at least in my opinion, it's an embarrassment (and a pricey one at that). The good: 1. Very close to the Airport; 2. Clean; 3. Ample Parking;... More

This airport hotel was far and above the expectations I had anticipated. Newly redecorated, it surprised me from the moment I entered with it's unusual and exotic decor. I felt like I had actually left the US and was somewhere in the far east, maybe Turkey. The lounge/restaurant/ lobby were cordoned off into smaller areas to drink, dine, or just... More
