As always, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Location is good,close to everything.The pool was really clean. The breakfast was good scrambled eggs,biscuits& gravy, waffles.It's not flashy, but a great value. My family and I will return.

e spent Two nights here recently. Very clean. Staff friendly. Close to every thing that we wanted to see and do. The area was very quiet. Easy access and free parking. We found this place thru Branson Tourism when we purchased a special package. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Branson.
