We hosted a retreat at the B&B and it was a perfect location. Jeanne was an fabulous host and the food was wonderful. It is now the "first annual" for this event and we will be back!! So glad that we picked this location.

My husband and I stayed at Grand Avenue Bed and breakfast on july 15, 2012. We enjoyed out stay, the breadfast was delicious, and the owner was very helpful in finding out attraction on route 66. The room we stayed is was private and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to all...thanks for a wonderful night....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand. The gardens were enchanting and the antiques were wonderful pieces. Jeannie recommended Crazy Jay's steakhouse and they met all of our expectations. We will be back. John

I chose this property because all the hotels in Joplin were full, and I knew Carthage was close-by. What a great decision!! My husband and I stayed for a 1 night get away for his birthday. The house is very charming and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and patio very much. The breakfast was delicious! We will be back. :)

I stayed at the Grand B&B for work so I wasn't able to enjoy many of the amenities. But if I had a chance to go back for a weekend vacation I would.
