Pros: Friendly desk service. Room was clean, everything worked, good wi-fi (although I was close to office). Very quiet overnight & nice location, just down the street from some restaurants & Walmart. Cons: Dated & a bit shabby, especially exterior. Stayed here on a route 66 trip. The rooms were clean. The building is stratford house architecture (? kind of english looking but with a western feel). Owner really friendly. You won't get luxury here but for the price, its a good find! More

It was nice to have a hotel that was all-over clean, after reading about so many other hotels (around this price range) in Joplin/Carthage area having bed bugs and dirty bathrooms. This is a nice place to stay. Staff friendly and responsive. Beds were excellent. Tile work and bathroom doors were a little rough. Shower control knobs didn't match, but everything was clean and worked. Real nice TV. More

Sitting in our bed at the motel writing this review. My rooms is VERY clean, decorated nicely with all bricks & beautiful artwork, and under $50 for the night with Sofa, wifi, HBO, fridge-microwave in the room!
