This is a very disappointing hotel after others we have experienced in Cuba. We were expecting it to be plain & clean, but found it to be dirty & very worn, with poor sound insulation & only a basic food offering. We stayed at this hotel in January 2011; actually we chose this hotel because we did not have any other choice - we were travelling on Fly&Drive style and we had hotel vouchers that were usable in a few hotels in each city. This hotel was a delight in every aspect.
