My husband and I stayed in the top floor unit in February 2013. The mini pool was being worked on/ construction (un-useable) and the garden was totally taken by the owner who lives on the first floor. I rented the 2nd floor apartment for 2 weeks beginning in April 2012. The refrigerator was broken. The owner (Tuck) promised to replace it "manana" but never did...which ruined my stay there because I eat all of my meals at home. Also, there are small dogs nearby that bark frequently making it impossible to sleep through the night.

Casa Juanita was the first time we vacationed in a non-hotel setting and we were not disapointed! Our stay was perfect!
