I checked in for one night in January 2012 after booking the hotel on Priceline. Overall, I can't complain, because I got such a great deal on the hotel, but like many Extended Stay Hotels, this was nothing special. The one "shining star" was the front desk clerk at check-in. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also quick... More

this ESA is in ok shape but is crowded with long term stayers and the vibe is not very warm. Next time I would pony up and stay at a nicer place. It would be ok for a grungy blue collar job but not a good place if you want a nice feel. The Hyatt is 2 exits south and... More

I have stayed there for ten days over the past two weeks, and regardless of the price, I will never stay here again. My first stay was mediocre, the reclining chair smelled of mold but it didn't matter too much. The second stay was a different story. I was assigned a room that wasn't clean. Went back and got a... Room was good size and a little bit dated. No extras included in this hotel. My one complaint was the ac would shut off then the room would be very quiet except water dripping from some place. Then the ac would come back on again. So this diffrence in noise levels made for a hard nights sleep. Probably would stay... More

This hotel is in very worn condition with very few amenities. It did have a nice kitchen area which was nice for in-room meals. It was also nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but only 1 packet of coffee was included for the entire stay. More

This hotel was reserved as part of a package deal including flights. It was very worn and had few amenities. It was adequate but definitely for the budget traveler. I would not recommend this hotel. More

We stayed at Extended Stay America - KCI the night before an early morning flight. I booked thru Priceline, and was glad that I low-balled the price. We checked in at 10 pm on a Saturday. I walked into the lobby about 20 seconds after the desk clerk had closed the shutters for the front desk - apparently to leave... More

Well, if you are a construction worker and need a cheap place with a fridge, I suppose its ok. I was in town for business and they place was loud, stuffy and not so friendly. Carpet was moldy smelling and kind of sticky. Room smell was stagnant, moldy and doused with some "freshener" spray that made it worse. I opeened... More

One word--MOLD! Growing about 1/2 inch high in the in-room coffee pot. Ick! Noticed it the morning after our arrival, went down to the front desk at 7:05 am to tell them about it and no attendant was there yet! They are "supposed" to open at 7am. When we made our reservation, we asked for a crib/pack-in-play to be in... More

I had a one-night stay here for $38 (priceline.com) and I overpaid. This is your generic "studio" motel, I sure wouldn't want it to be an extended stay of any sort. Queen bed was OK but very cheesy sheets; 19" TV w/remote; recliner; kitchenette (full size refrigerator, 2-burner range, microwave, minimal dishes, no cookware, small tabletop w/2 chairs); bathroom clean...
