The groundskeeper was smoking as he brought crib to room and when checking water pressure he also was smoking in the bathroom and the room stunk upon arrival. The rooms were had paper thin walls because was a hotel converted to condos. Nice location on the lake, but restaurant was closed because went during off season. Pool was cold and... More

My wife and I have stayed here for years. We arer RCI members. On a recent visit there, we had a wonderful housekeeper, a little black lady that worked so hard to take care of her part. My wife and I went for a walk and to get ice. While going past a couple of housekeepers, we overheard one of... More

This "resort" is anything but. Our accommodations were just 2 old motel rooms put together. 70's decor, old and musty smelling, kitchen consisted of a small refrigerator, a microwave that only had a timer switch. The dishwasher looked fairly new & worked well. The lighting fixtures in the bedrooms were "garage floodlights". Only one double bed in each bedroom -... More

My husband and children and I have been to Branson more than 10 times in the past 15 years. We love to spend a week and do Branson shows, shopping and SDC. This year we stayed at the Kiberling Inn. We had a two bedroom condo. Granted it does need some updating but money is tight for all right now.... More

This property was old and and outdated. The condo unit looks like something out if the 80's the wall paper was peeling off walls, the floor tile was cracked and had several holes. However it looked as the carpet liked it had replaced and farely new. The daily rates were way over priced for age and appearance of condo units... More

We stayed at the Kimberling Inn this summer. The complex has been in Kimberling City for years and is showing its age. Our condo was nothing elaborate but was nice, very clean, and contained a washer/dryer combo which is a real plus at the lake. The carpet appeared new but the bathrooms could use new caulk and a little attention,... More

We needed a room for two needs for a wedding in town, so we opted to stay in the Motel portion of the property. When the reservations were made, the lady was rude and acted like she couldnt get off the phone fast enough. We ended up in a 3rd floor room, with 2 double beds (the room was booked... More

We stayed at the Kimberling Inn for a family reunion over the fourth of July weekend, so we had many rooms booked and got to compare notes on the accomodations. It seems like some, or most, of the units are individually owned, therefore there was some differences in the decors. But all run along the same line of funky, however... More

Booked for a vacation when my son came home for his R&R from Iraq. We arrived at 6pm one night and left at noon the next. We were booked into converted motel rooms. They were old run down and in need of a complete reno. I don't know where they got the pictures for their RCI page but this place... More

The fact that they even call this a resort is sick!! There were spider webs and spiders every where!! The smell coming from our air conditioner was that of pure mold. I haven't seen a hotel have actual KEYS for the doors since I was a child. When we were checking in there was a RAT in the dirt underneath... More
