For the price of the room, you will not find a better deal. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and the service good. You can get anywhere in the KC area very quickly. The free hot breakfast was pretty good too!

When we made our reservation through Choice Hotels, we requested a non-smoking and pet free room. This location states they are pet friendly but they do not put it into writing that they allow pets in all of their rooms nor do they INFORM you of their policy upon check-in. The bathroom vent fan didn't work, burnt out light bulbs, and a very sub standard breakfast. This place doesn't come close to Comfort Inns in other parts of the country. For a $100/night, we should have stayed somewhere else.

Stayed here for one night while traveling through. The location made it convenient to jump on the highway and make the short drive to KC for dinner. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Certainly would stay here again!!

Traveled there for an overnight softball tourney. Friendly front desk and better than average breakfast (good selection). Highly recommended !!! Close to restaurants and many to choose from. Lots to see and do if you have the time. Nice place to get away for a few days.
