Check in was quick and easy. The common areas looked well kept and clean. However, once we entered our room, there were several things I noticed right away. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels where the staff was not as good as those I encountered here at the Holiday Inn Express in Moberly. They have a small staff who have it together. They work as a team and get the job done. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff made this one of the best hotel stays... More

Came into town VERY late about 11pm on Thursday night. We got into our room quickly for a competitive rate. We were even offered a FREE upgrade. Great service at breakfast and internet/ business office worked well. (Rarely happens when you need them to!) Every guest service helpful. New program offered for points to redeem was also a plus!
