Very nice clean place. The breakfast is good to. The hotel is very clean and neat. The service was good to. I didn't get to the pool but our family did and said it was nice. It was a little noisy because a little boy's baseball team was there.

Hot Breakfast food was cold. No offer to heat up when reported. Rooms were very clean and nice. Beds wonderful! A little farther out from main O'Fallon than expected but not a problem. Staff was nice. Wopuld have been better if they had told us how to get around to the pool at the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and very quiet. The king bed in our room was so comfortable that we had no problem sleeping. I travel 4 nights per week, and every time I get to the St Louis area I stay at this hotel. Everything is great, location, rooms etc. But Heather at the front desk is what really sets this hotel apart from the rest. She always has a smile, always helpful and is the model of what true customer service means.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice. Was there during tornado, thankfully no damage. Had problem with front desk not answering our call during the tornado as we were not able to determine where we were to go.

This hotel was very good. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the rooms were very quiet. It was rare to hear another person walking in the halls. It was easy to get checked in and the check out process was very smooth as well. Overall, a good experience, but a little pricey.

The room and staff were great. The only issue I had was a barking dog 2 doors down. I think all animals should be kept on the same floor. The next time I stay at any hotel I will be asking about if there are petts allowed and to be placed somewhere there will not be any dogs.

Enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn in O'Fallon, Missouri. The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The Inn is very clean and the staff is friendly and supportive. There is a large parking area and a hotel shuttle which will take hotel guests anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the inn.
