Excellent personal service. My biggest complaint is the air conditioner/jetliner. OK, slow elevators, too. Whine, whine...on the larger scale-nice visit. 1 block to Cardinals and could have stayed in room to watch the game. Room was clean and all attendances in place. Did I mention the elevators? 360 fun, but loud.

We had great service from the start. We stayed two nights and decided to stay a third. Tim at the front desk was especially helpful getting our room for the third night. Loved the 360 restaurant- great food and again, great service!
