Very nice motel close to the Ozark Rivers. Clean and some updates. Everything worked perfectly and breakfast had a good selection to meet everyone's needs. I found the staff to be very friendly. This motel was also close to shopping and some great restaurants. I like to park in front of my room for convenient loading and unloading.
Reasonably priced and friendly staff along with very clean room and recently updated bath are the best features of this "old school" style motel. We spent 2 nights in Salem. The Holiday Inn was beyond our budget at $110 per night. We spent first night at Walnut Motel ($50). DON'T. It smelled, has not been remodeled since its 1960s heyday (princess phone!, no WiFi.) Cockroach in the morning was last straw.
