Clean rooms with a couch and table, micro and fridge, a/c, with large screen TV. Rooms have updated flooring and furnishings, but the walls and floors are thin so you can hear hallway and other room noises. This was a great place! Very clean, very nice people, and great suites! We had to come up last minute for a sick family member and it was so easy to get a suite and everything! We are coming back this weekend too!

Great customer service at this hotel. Tony made the check-in process quick and painless, while being very professional. Breakfast is always fresh in the morning and the rooms are always nice and clean. The HDTVs in the rooms are a very nice feature. I always stay here in Springfield for business and its close to the highway, which is nice.

Great experince, personnel were very helpful, went out of their way to get us the rooms we needed. The only reason not rated higher is the Wifi was not very good. The rooms were very clean and in good shape. Bed was very comfortable.

The CI & S in Springfield is in an excellent location. There is food within walking distance and gas a block away. The CI & S itself is well kept. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We would, with no question, stay here again.
