Will try to avoid this motel next trip. I stayed at a Americas Best in Effingham Illinois and it was awesome so, maybe I just expected too much. The price was fair but the room was icky. Place was cheap but dirty and the owners were not at all friendly. Went for breakfast and the lobby smelled and milk was spilled all over one table and not cleaned up. Keep driving and do not stay here.

This place is a dump, simply and to the point. Our toilet clogged everytime it was flushed they finally left the plunger on the 3rd call for it. There was someone elses trash in our trash can. The shower head sprayed 360 around the room which soaked the toilet paper, towels, and my clothes I had hanging on the door.... More
