Second shift Front Desk Staff is very unfriendly and not willing to help with issues. I took her our broken coffee pot and she called me a lier. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

no complaints, staff was curtious , location just west of st. louis was good ,the large shopping mall located adjacent to motel had a variety of restaurants etc.

Th hotel appears to have been recently repainted and somewhat updated. Unfortunately, housekeeping does not look up where there were almost a dozen cobwebs around the walls and ceiling. This was the second time I've stayed there in about five years, and the last.
