Clean room, very courteous staff, nice continental breakfast, low cost. AND they promptly returned my wallet (which I had left in the room) via FedEx. NICE!!! Thanks, Nate More

We really liked this motel as it definitely had 'atmosphere'! It had deer heads mounted in the staircases. Our room was fine, good sized bathroom, good towels. The lamp shades were in the cowboy theme but they were not that bright (room could use more lights without the fancy shades) Would recommend because of the adjoining restaurant and the wildlife... Very spacious rooms with fridge, coffemaker and microwave; also free wifi. Eraly may is great for Yellowstone, and as only mammot hot springs hotel and snowlodge are open, inside the park; this is an excellent alternative. The rooms are far more better than in de Mammot hot springs lodge, with old rooms, no amenities and prices that are much to... More

Spent a night while on business. Rooms were larger than expected, and clean. Room overlooked the Yellowstone river, and was nice and bright when I entered. The staff was very happy to help with anything I requested, never seemed put out. They really want to please the customer. Old fashioned service, were they want to make the customer happy. Had... We stayed here in June 2011. Had a very clean room, and the decor was very rustic and nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. This is a cute little town, very friendly store owners - wish we could've spent more time here. We had the BEST Buffalo burger at the little place at the end of town - Helens Corral... More

I will admit we attempted to stay within the park, but the parks computer told us the hotels were full on the dates we required. We drove from Bozeman and checked in 1400. Staff were very polite our room was ready and we were given a ground floor room facing the river. This meant we could sneak out early without... More

The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms has a rustic theme but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel bar and restaurant had a good selection of drinks and food. The bar prices are cheap, compared to other areas just outside Yellowstone. Try the "Cold Smoke" draft beer. More

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years during our occassional winter trips to Yellowstone. This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is located only a few miles from Mammoth, and the trip between Gardiner and Mammoth is worthwhile by itself. The staff is friendly, and the location meets our every need. More

Gardiner is an important gateway town to Yellowstone national park. If you don´t get a place in the park or find the hotels too full, the Best Western is not a bad alternative. It is a chain and the decor is not special. But it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast is in a restaurant next door,... More
