In Kalispell for golf trip. Prices great. Stayed two nights with group of ten. Hotel is older but still comfortable. Beds and pillows great. Water pressure great. Friendly and helpful staff... Bella always provided great advice for eating and shopping. Not a lot of people staying at the hotel this weekend. No restaurant on site. Pool and hot tub in... More

We stayed at the Outlaw May 19 20, 2012 and had a great stay. the price is right, they accepted dogs for $15 more a night. the room was 2 queen's, working tv and alarm clock. looks like the pool is closed forever as there are bedsheets/bedspreads in 'storage' so dont bother bringing your bathing suit. we slept in too... I stayed one night March 5, 2012 to catch an early flight home from skiing. I hadn't seen any reviews prior to booking, got a very good price ($49) online. Looked the place up on Tripadvisor and was surprised at the negative reviews. I was sitting in my room as I read them, and couldn't find any of the issues... More

We just moved from out of state and were recommended this place because we have teo dogs and needed a week long inexpensive stay until our home was ready. Dog poop was everywhere and unavoidable to step in. No locks on the doors. Pit bulls running around with other people shooting at them, people standing around drug dealing and using,... More

I've waited for over four years for this hotel to get it's act together. It hasn't. They didn't even try to act interested in any guest query. I consider a reasonable query removing trash and dirty linen from a room I've just checked into (I was not sure they had given me a room already let out-but sure enough, the... More

Rooms were clean, no problem there. Staff were awesome! I do, however, say that they are cheap with the heat. Hallways and lobby were very cold. Lobby was somewhat "lukewarm" while the hallways were not heated. Hot tub is very disgustingly old and run down and so hot it was scalding in fact. It was very chipped and rusty. The... More

This was once a really good hotel with Casino attached. It was looking a bit dated and with a bit of money spent on it, could look really good. Our room was a good size and the beds were clean and towels etc in bathroom were fresh. Breakfast the following morning was adequate but a bit sparse. The staff were... More

We stayed here on our first night in Kalispell, MT on our way to the Glacier National Park. It is very conveniently located within 20 mins of drive from the Glacier International Airport. The reception is open 24 hours, so late check-in is not an issue. If you don't have a car, you can call 24 hours in advance for... More

Staff were accomodating and nice, room was fine, but the shower was cold. Not exactly a destination, with other budget friendly choices nearby. More

We were very desperate to find a hotel on a Friday afternoon in late August, so we ended up here. It's a faded gem from 30-40 years ago. Needs improvements everywhere: check-in friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast quality, uneven shape of the bathtub floor, TV station options, etc. Positives: mattresses were good. Annoying: We had to wait more than 1 hour for... More
