We chose to stayed at this hotel in August 2012 for 3 nights because it was the only one available at that time. Now I understand why. Terrible experience with the room. Filth, stinky bathroom, dirty carpet, ants in room. Stain on the wall paper, wall paper peeling, mold in bathroom. The light in the room is really dim, so... More

We intended to stay for 4 days in Yellowstone National Park, looking for a place to stay over the nights only - therefore we booked Country Inn as one of the more cheap motels at West Yellowstone and located near the center. If you do not expect any hotel-like features (well, they have a small outddoor-pool, but located immediately at... More

This place was horrible. We made our reservation only to find out later we couldn't cancel less than 30 days before arrival..So we kept the reservation..When we arrived, the girls behind the desk was nice, but she was very difficult to understand.. Instead of helping us, she was talking to a customer and trying to get them a room .... More

Moldy sink, stinky A/C, no Wi-Fi, inconsistent pricing, recommendation to go eat dinner at a place that closes after lunch, grungy, stained towels, on-site restaurant "closed for the summer. Sorry for the inconvenience." If I could give negative stars, I would. I would rather sleep in the car, next time. P.S. management was non-responsive.

1. Our most expensive yet crappiest stay on a multi-state road trip. 2. A human fecal smell emanated from the air conditioner. 3. Stained ceiling, strange brown spots on shower curtain, gaping hole in lieu of an electrical outlet. 4. Dirty towels. 5. Cracked, peeling, chipped walls, paint, grout. 6. Wifi down, pool empty, where's the hot tub? TOTAL RIP... More

We just stayed at hotel a few weeks ago! Big Mistake! Our room faucet leaked when turned on. We ask for queen bed got full. The only Internet access is in the office! We paid 120.00 for the night, and was a dump! Paint peeling, the great resteraunt they advertise closed for the summer! Not to mention the nasty grounds... More

Friendly on the phone, they gave us a discounted price when we booked ($237 for 2 nights) Reception area was nice, the staff pleasant, and it was close to the West Yellowstone Gate, but those are the only highlights. – even with that discount the price was still way too high for lack of quality. We stayed on the 1st... More

We arrived late due to changes in our travel plans and this was the only hotel that had rooms left. Now I know why. Check-in was very slow and several people were waiting before us to get a room. Front desk clerk wanted detailed information which slowed things down even further. We got rooms on the second floor and walked... More

Tired, worn out, dated, and probably one of the worst value hotels I've ever stayed in. It's truly Motel 6 style at Marriott prices. If you have the energy to keep driving, there are better hotels at half the cost 45 minutes away in the Island Park region. You are paying solely for the location and nothing else. If you... More
