“do not book with Hotels.com or Expedia”

We made the mistake of booking with Hotels.com on the wrong date, but immediately noticed the error. Hotels.com was NOT able to correct the mistake without contacting Yellowstone Under Canvas and they happened not to be available. We could not be reimbursed without contacting Yellowstone Under Canvas. But isn't that why we book through Hotels.com so that they CAN help... More

We had a wonderful time at Yellowstone Under Canvas. The scenery there is incredible. We opted for a luxury tent and unfortunately, were not able to take advantage of the wood burning fireplace due to high fire danger levels; not the fault of MT Under Canvas but still disappointing; it was very cold at night.

We are so sorry you were one of the few guests who experienced the fire ban this summer. We worked as fast as we could this year to overcome the ban and invested in some super duper spark arresters which meant we only had a 2 week period where our wood stoves could not be used.
