The ventilation in the lobby and casino areas is does not keep up with the cigarette smoke (Bellagio and Venetian are both much better on this) and the lobby and casino are quite dated in decor. Many of the staff in the hotel and lobby businesses are jaded and indifferent. Room service takes "expensive" to a new high. Otherwise a... More

I recently attended a conference at Bally's, so the hotel was picked for me. Traveling with two others, and on checking we were given comp upgrades to deluxe connecting rooms in the newer part of the hotel. Room was lovely, huge bed, coffee maker, writing desk and a seperate work desk with a phone, and one amazing view. The room... More

First of all we started in an upgraded room from the basic classic room. It was old style looking (bet the classic was a winner) and there was a lot of noise from vents and things below our window. The bed was like sleeping on a floor. The next day we asked to be moved and were sent to the... More

Other recent reviewers have emphasized Bally's great value (sign up for Total Rewards) and location (connected to Paris and a short crowded walk to Caesars, Bellagio or Planet Hollywood).North Tower rooms are spacious, comfortable and well kept. If you care, the bath area is very nice. Small comfy sofa and good seating around table area. The outdated Phillips CRT TV is... More

The rooms are humongous, as you would expect from a property that used to be the old MGM Grand. Nearly every room I have stayed in here, though, has some level of staining on the wallpaper (some very noticeable, some not so much). The price is perfect, and this is really a good value for being on the strip. Plus,... More

We went on a short getaway to Vegas. We decided we wanted to find a more central location than the usual places we stay, so we tried Bally's is pretty central. Upon check-in we were given a 2 step upgrade for no charge. We loved our room. It was very large and had 2 separate sink areas. Which was awesome.... More

I've stayed at Bally's several times during trips to LV. We always stay for 8 nights during our trips and like Bally's for the location for 3-4nights. The value starts with the location... right on the best intersection in Vegas. With Caesars, Bellagio, Paris, and Flamingo right outside your door, you will be able to walk to everything and you... Rooms are clean, access to the rooms is easy and fast. No long walk from the Strip to get to casino or rooms. Pool is nothing great, rooms are nothing great. But, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is the best on the Strip. This place is way better than Flamingo or Harrah's. No "resort fee" is... More

Just returned from Bally's and was offered a special upgrade offer for only $10 more a night. What's the special I asked? I was to be upgraded to a recently updated room on the north tower with a much better view. Well to my surpise recently was just 5 years ago with peeling paint on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper... Stayed April 23/27. Found the room quite tired with very dated TV and furniture. Was in the South Tower at 6416(14th floor). Being that elevated we were treated to a decent view of the Bellagio, Caesar's intersection and the usual lights at night. Arrived just after noon but were quickly processed through check-in and allowed to proceed straight to the... More
