An unpretentious 4 storey hotel, with no gambling machines. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Helpful staff, clean and pleasant rooms. An excellent escape from the over the top activities on the Strip, but only a block away from the Strip when you wanted to go shopping or just people watching. Highly recommended. More

We looked for rooms at the big hotels on The Strip and found rates of $600+. Instead we returned to the Desert Rose for $155 and had a large, very comfortable one bedroom, with a kitchen and a comfortable living room, plus a nice breakfast.
