Service was exceptional! We showed up and got an upgrade, the room was large and there was a microwave and fridge, a big television, and free popcorn. Breakfast was the most incredible continental breakfast, and when we left, they let us take several bottles of water for our trip. Everything worked out perfectly there. And it only cost $80! More

I stay at the Hampton Reno about 6-8 times a year for business and always have excellent experience. Leo is super at the front desk afternoon/evenings. Breakfast area is clean and ready to go very early in the morning. More

Reno downtown is not the greatest place but the outskirts are lovely. So we stayed here as its part of the Hhonours program. We were not disappointed, the staff were great and breakfast was good, with a nice atmosphere. Would stay here again, its a good version of a Hampton. More

Spent four nights (Monday-Thursday) at this hotel in a business park neighborhood, but pretty close to the main freeways. We had a double bed room with a sofabed for three adults. Domfy beds! We stayed here for 3 nights while at a volleyball tournament. It is located in a business/suburban district away from the stinkiness of downtown Reno.
