The hotel has a great location and some really pretty views. But the rooms need some upgrades. The beds are very stiff and the rooms don't even have a small fridge if any kind. I would pay a little more to stay at one of the other hotels near by if your budget allows. More

A friend and I had 2 nights booked here over this past weekend. First of all, the elevator in the parking garage was trashed--it looked as though it had not been cleaned in a year. My biggest complaint about Horizon was it was dirty, trash from previous people staying in the room was left on the floor. Disgusting. Good location however but you'd be better off staying at a Holiday Inn Express for a lot less money, lots of less expensive places around.
