The newer part of the hotel is clean and kept clean. The older part is not kept very clean. The trouble is you have to walk though the old part to the casino. The trash and dirtis all over the floor. They don't want to or don't care what you think or maybe they just don't want to keep it... More

The last time we travel to West Wendover we stayed at the Peppermill. We have not stayed there for a few years and were surprised at the size of the rooms. The bed was great and the TV was huge. The room was not my style of décor but it was well done and clean. We will be back. More

Stay was adequate. Room responsible and clean. Food pricey but our waitress, Karina, was great. Desk clerk seemingly impressed with her position, unfriendly, and unable to think out of the box when presented with a simple problem. Either that or she was a racist. More

Took a charter flight from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN to West Wendover, NV and stayed at the Peppermill Casino Resort and Hotel, December 21-24, 2011. This hotel was dated, however, very clean and all staff connected with the hotel/casino was top notch customer service.
