Once a year we travel through Winnemucca and after searching for rooms, we always come back to to the Scott Shady. You can't beat the price. Rooms are very clean, front desk is helpful, and we get a good nights sleep. I did see a for sale sign out front so I hope there is no change in the future!!! More

What a great find!! 2 blocks off of the main drag and real quiet. The rooms are real old fashioned but super clean. Definately reccomend to anyone in need of a room. Oh, and did I mention it was also less than $50 for both of us (1 room) and they have a pool. More

Since 1984 our family have always made a point to stay at Scott's "Shady Court" on each visit to Winnemucca. Yes, this site is now showing its age, but remains quaint, quiet, clean, convenient, and always friendly. A true Winnemucca treasure, and since 1928 still owned by the same American Family and that is saying a lot! More
