We stayed during laconia bike week and the prices were very low compared to others motels. Room came with a small fridge and microwave. Rooms are a little small but very very clean. The owners Steve and Deb are super friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean but outdated, not too much space. Internet does not work properly, it was better in the morning but in the evening we were not able to get connected . Good neibourhood, good restaurants, minigolf. Debbie, the owner, is very kind. I recommend it.
