“Beautiful Inn, Service a bit lacking”

The Fitzwilliam Inn is a beautiful old Inn from the early 1800s. The common areas are charming and beautiful, with exposed beams and a fireplace in the restaurant that are lovely. We had a function in Troy, NH and decided to spend the night at the Fitzwilliam Inn. We knew it was under new management, but were not prepared for the total lack of service.
