Everything was perfect except the floor could have been cleaner. Some works would be necessary like an update in bathroom and on sound insulation. The staff is welcoming. If I come back to Hampton Beach I will probably come back to this place.

I had a wonderful trip while staying at the grand view motel. It is centrally located and just a walk across the street to the beach. Rooms are very clean and service is excellent. Great value and great location! Would definitely stay here again.
