Mark is great, and his new dog is just so friendly. It isn't often when a motel provides fresh baked blueberry muffins for breakfast, along with really good fresh-brewed coffee. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area! This was our 3rd visit!

Accommodations are about like a Red Roof with the following exceptions: A little shabbier. Refrigerator in room was noisy -- I had to unplug it to sleep. Air conditioner was tiny -- barely adequate on a coolish evening (no ventilation possible) and noisy all night. Desk personnel not friendly. Bed OK. Morning coffee OK.
My husband and I stayed at the Berry Pond Motel and were extremely pleased. We started off touring the New England States and were only going to stay in New Hampshire for one night but Mark made us feel so welcome, we extended our stay to three nights. The room was very clean, comfortable and close to all the little...

I had driven by this motel for years when I was in the area to drop off and pick up my kids from Camp Merrowvista in Center Tuftonboro. In 2011, circumstances required that I stay in the area on 3 separate occasions. After my first stay, I knew this would be the place I would always return to. Now it...

I stayed here after reading all these puffed up reviews. I was supposed to be there 2 nights, but actually looked for another hotel after the first night. The room smelled moldy and like stale cigarettes. The bathroom had mold on the ceilng. It took me three days for my back to recover from the plywood mattress. This could very...

This hotel is clean, with comfortable beds. The rooms are nice sized and it's very reasonably priced. Mark is a very friendly and approachable proprietor. The hotel is a little dated, but that does not detract form the enjoyable experience we had! THANK YOU, Mark!
When you get a room for less than $100 a night in the Northeast, you often feel like you have gotten exactly what you paid for. Generally I don't take the risk. Based on the earlier reviews of the motel, I decided to take a chance and was not disappointed. This is not a grandlux experience - there are no...

Best motel we ever stayed in, clean large room, great coffee provided in the morning . Mark was a terrific host, would recommend to anyone. The motel is dated but in excellent condition The stay was better than expected. Even had a corkscrew for our bottle of wine. Small thing I know but most places would not have that if...

A group of us have been coming to Berry Pond Motel each August for a number of years for the Granite State Nationals Car Show . Can't say enough good things about the place and especially Mark, the owner. Whatever you need he is there to help. We bought pizza up the street one night and Mark came out with...

I was traveling on business and have seen the property before as I drove by - the previous four reviews of this motel convinced me to try it out. I did find the rooms large and clean with comfortable bedding. The TV and wireless worked well. The AC worked well. A large breakfast (can't remember the name - looked like...
