this is our second night here. It is a nice place, but don't make requests of do not disturb,...they do not pay any attention to them. We had left for the day,and realized we had left a valuable in the room. we immediately called the hotel and were assured that the room would not be touched and no one would... More

Obviously the most important feature for a hotel to have is cleanliness and I will say the hotel was nicely kept. However, I agree with some other reviews that the pillows need replacing. The bathrooms are nice and rooms are very large. They're painted with a ridiculous blue on blue sponge paint type pattern but not a big deal in... More

The turn into the hotel's road is not well lit -- so, if you're getting off northbound I-95 and are on the sideroad, you may miss the turn and have to do a U-turn. BTW: don't take their recommendation to eat at the local Irish pub. Pros: staff very friendly; large room with both sofa & loveseat; kitchenette; jacuzzi; conference... More

The best feature of our room was the size, and the bathroom appointed with a jacuzzi. The windows opened, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful fall air. The hotel is set back from the road and quite suburban. With the windows shut the room was very, very quiet. That being said, the facility is worn; many windows have fogging, rugs... More

We stayed one night on our way from Boston to Calais, ME. Our huge room was very near the reception desk. The room had 2 queen beds, a wet bar with fridge and microwave: no utensils or dishes in the cupboards. The bathroom was spacious with blowdryer. Large wall-mounted flat screen TV was directly across from one bed, but at... More

This isn't so much about getting a nice room, but about leaving the hotel. Do not try to make a left turn off Spur road onto 107. That area is notoriously dangerous. Instead, go out of the driveway in the back OR make a left on Spur road and a right onto New Zealand, which will take you out to... More

We stayed one night on our way to Maine. The motel was very close to I 95 so it was super convenient, but still very quiet. It appears that we were upgraded to a suite for no more money and the accommodations were spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff was helpful, and answered all our questions. I can definitely... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor for our hotel. We do feel our location is a great benefit for our guests. We are close to the beaches and the highway. We appreciate your kind words in regards to our large rooms. Due to the time our hotel was built in the late 1980's... More

Despite all the good reviews, we were disappointed with our stay. We stayed in room 114 on July 20 to July 22,2011. We went through 4 sets of pillows, the original in room pillows were uncomfortably flat, old, and need to be thrown out. The set we got from the front desk was fluffy but lumpy and very uncomfortable. In... More

We appreciate input from all of our guests and we truly regret that you were disappointed in your stay with us. We realize that all guests have different preferences when it comes to the thickness of their pillows and/or the firmness of the mattress.
