My husband and I spent the weekend in January at the Seabrook Inn. When I made the reservations it was a Best Western but by the time we arrived about a month later it was suddenly called the Seabrook Inn. We got a room on the first floor in the "newer section" as my husband is in a Wheelchair we... More

Let's keep it in perspective: It's a hotel room for $69/night. So, it's not going to be like a Hilton or Marriott property. It's more like an old motor lodge in a seaside resort town, under the pine trees. Some rooms are better and newer than others. Our room had some mold in the bathroom. Other rooms look like they... We stayed here our first night on our vacation and was spacious and comfortable beds. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is so-so would recommend going to a regular restaurant for a good meal. Over all was worth the price for the room. More

We had a family trip to New Hamphire in August 2011. The location of the hotel is great, near everything you can find. The beach is just 4 miles away! The staff was friendly, although if you went for a cup of coffee after hours, they will watch your every move. They made sure you would not take anything they... More

We have stayed here several times, usually for the night. Never more then one day. This time it was free because I had points. When we (my son and I) were checking in on the 16th we asked if the pool was still open, Answer YES, Wrong... Although they have a heated pool and the temp was 69 degrees there... More

Jumping castles, water slides, petting zoo, etc... all very nice things for the kids if you plan on spending a lot of time in the motel. I thought it would be a great place for when you have to travel for atheletic championships but since we were there as tourist and just needing a place to sleep for the night,... More

Can't understand all the poor reviews posted here, I can't wait to return in 2012 and plan to ask for our same room to boot! Very clean and well kept, not the smallest problem. Nice staff, great value, we took the chance over passing this up for poor online reviews, and we won! Poor reviews can't always be trusted this... More

We went with 3 children. The room was musty and felt dirty. You couldn't even step outside after dark, because the whole ceiling above the walkways were covered in large spiders. I have never seen anything like it in my life. And going to the font desk, they only came and swept at them with a broom, while having an... More

Checked in with one other couple and a 2 year old. There was plenty of things to do for my 2 year old nephew but it came with a price. The rooms were dated - and very basic. Clean but our room smelled of smoke. (Our room was labeled a Non-Smoking Room) The hotel had three pools: 1 - Kiddie... More

On paper (i.e. hotel website) it looks pretty good with lots of family amenities, but the service here cancels out the positives. Started off on the wrong foot when checking in. The front desk person, Ruth, was one of the rudest people I have ever met in the hospitality business. She literally cut off me and my wife when talking,... More
