We stayed here for 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend and after. Clean room, fridge, ocean view, quiet. Excellent access to restaurants and the sea front. Good base for exploring the local area. We were birdwatching, and all the best sites were within a 15-35 minute journey.

Have stayed here twice the past few falls and really enjoyed it.Clean, great views, close to the ocean, pizza shop and coffee shop. it's so nice to stay somewhere where you can come back to without hesitation.

My husband and I just spent our anniversary weekend at the Avondale by the sea. The room was clean and spacious, the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The owners were very friendly. We would stay here again.We would also recommend this hotel to family and friends.
