My husband and I have been camping here for over 30 years as weekenders. We've seen it go from Party City to slums to everything in between. It is NOT a resort campground. It is NOT family or visitor friendly and the seasonals DO have a chip on their shoulders. It IS extremely expensive.....considering I am camping inside Walt Disney... More

We decided to try a campground close to home, also friends of ours were going here so we figured we would try it.This place is nestled deep in the woods, but still an easy find. We traveled in our 34ft motorhome with one slideout. Upon arrival our site was switched and we were glad it was! Our site was HUGE!... More

I have been camping my whole life and now I have my own travel trailer with my kids and and have been up and down the east coast camping. This is the worst campground ever. All campgrounds in NJ that I have ever been to and checked prices on are $35.00 off season and that includes my two and five... More

This is the 1st time for camping at Wading Pines. It wasn't that bad. Our site was near the front of the campground--water, electric & cable. The site was clean. It had a fire ring & a new picnic table. There were trees for shade. We had our radio on at night & no one complained or asked us to... More

never go there, the people saying it is nice and relaxing are either seasonals or are getting paid by them. This place use to have a waiting list to get in now you can have pick of the house everyone left because of the trash they let in and stay. I was a seasonal and came back to camp and... More

This was the first time they were there and they enjoyed themsleves. I used to come here every August for about a ten year stretch. We always have stayed int he cabins, even when they... More

I have gone to this campground two seasons in a row, and two seasons too many. The seasonal people who stay here are very unfriendly to anyone just staying for a weekend. The seasonal campers here are very rude, old and grouchy. The staff (who is also composed of the same seasonal campers) is very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous. This... More

We went tent camping, and were harassed by the people who are seasonal/possibly live there. We left at night because we felt uncomfortable, and called the staff in the morning. They did not even give us our money back. WORST camping experience I have ever had.

The only thing that's makes this place bearable is the people. The owner of this place is a spinster and very, very, very, cheap. The prices are OUTRAGES, and discounts are unheard of, Military…forget it, fire, and police no way. Not even Memorial Day weekend! So wave your flag somewhere else. Don't let the listed price fool you because they... More

My family and I actually love this campground and have been going for years. We get two cabins every August. This year, on the final day, we found bed bugs in our bed. I left with more than forty bites on my shoulders, arms, and neck. Unfortunately, I am afraid that the campground is not taking proper measures to get... More
