“Does its Job”

We stay at this hotel when we do a NYC Tour trip from Montreal. It is always clean and the buffet breakfast is way more then you get at other places. Overall happy with this hotel for a bed to sleep in after a a lot of walking in NYC. What is good about this hotel a Target and Stores... More

The hotel is VERY old and apparently not been renovated for a while. The bed is OK. But the towels are thin and rough. The toiletries are at low end. The organization I am affiliated with have been using this conference center for over five years 3 times a year this year it has really deteriorated. The complimentary breakfast was was horrible, no hot water for showers, The carpert was filthy. The employees were helpful and freindly.
