Everything about the stay was excellent! The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and could not hear noise from other rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. We were there with a group of high schoolers for a band festival in NYC and the management arranged a delicious and complete breakfast every morning for us. Highly recommend this property. More

Staff was friendly, Ann from the reception has been very courteous and as very helpful and knowledgable with nyc points of interest, we were treated special even only for a couple on nights stay. The location isn't the most convenient, and the hotel itself is pretty average, but the staff were outstanding. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful with special requests at a time when they were very busy. You will need to drive a few minutes to find food or anything else outside of the hotel. More
