Upon check in, buses of young students pulled in and the staff seemed less than pleased. I can see why, they were loud and obnoxious. Stay here occasionally for business...front desk personally can be friendly or not...usually takes longer than expected to check in...no recognition of Diamond Status...resturaunt service is good.
