I go here every year :) Located two blocks from the beach,beach tags,FREE Parking,Free Wifi,Free Breakfast(July and August),Free Pool, and the most friendliest staff. Always willing to help. CAN NOT find a better price :) I look forward to visiting the Blue Water Inn every summer. Thanks for making my beach summer weeks possible..

A few friends and I had made reservations to stay at the Blue Water Inn in Ocean City, NJ while participating in the City to Shore MS 150 charity bike ride.
Upon arrival, the rooms were extremely unsanitary, complete with blood stains on the bedsheets and stagnant water in the tub when we got to the room. We asked for them to change the sheets and re-clean the rooms, but they only changed the bedspreads, leaving us with stained, unsanitary bedsheets. Because the manager and staff had already vacated the hotel by 7:30pm, we had no choice but to find a different hotel for the night. (BTW, we went down the street to The Forum motel and it was lovely, clean, AND cheaper.)
The problem is, the Blue Water Inn chargest your credit card seven days in advance. When I spoke with the manager, Mike, by phone that night to tell him we were still extremely dissatisfied with the conditions of the rooms, would not be staying there, and wanted a refund, he asked that we call back...
