this is your worst nitemare, i didn't sleep a wink, the beds probably from the 80's , paperthin walls, carpets filthy, front desk is not a front desk but a bullet proof glass, when i asked for clean lines i was told they were allset, the water does not drain, no coffee set up in the rooms internet not working... I used my points to stay a night. Not a bad place. It wasn't a very clean motel but location was good. The bus service was neat. The bath tub was little dirty and could use some scrubbing. Considering I did not pay anything and the bus, I would say over all a good place.

Have been staying here for several years while visiting NY. Rooms are large and many have been renovated. Close to Manhattan. Noisy in front but ok in rear. Convenient free parking . reasonable continental breakfast on top floor. No luxury, but large clean room. convenient location. slow elevator,good price ratio.

We stay here for our 1st trip to NYC. The room was large and very comfortable,for the price its hard to beat, plus there is a bus stop to the city very very close by and it cost like $3.20 to be drop off at 8th ave by Times Square

The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1, was because the MAIN room itself was clean, and the bed was clean (though extremely hard--felt like the floor).
