Picked this place to have a place to stay for a concert at Asbury Park. We could not have had a better experience. This bed and breakfast was wonderful! The owners were attentive and accomodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (including offering to drive us to the train station). Rooms were... More

This was our 3rd time staying at the Sandpiper Inn. My husband and I stayed in the Harvey room which was wonderful. Very large, comfortable and has a great bathroom The room does not have much of a view, but we really only slept in the room so that really did not make a difference. It is on the 1st... More

Just came back from a stay at the Sandpiper inn and both my wife and I were very pleased. The room was large and the very clean. The housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep the whole inn clean and neat. The inn has a small (16x32 ish?) indoor pool which was also kept very clean. The water was crystal clear.... More

Not to repeat what others have said, just to say "ditto". Our 2 night stay in August was lovely...accomodating hostess... comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We most definitely plan to return to the Sandpiper. Thank you Chris for making our stay so pleasant. J & A More

This is our second time in Spring Lake and although it was sad to see the wrath of hurricane Irene, i.e. no boardwalk, it was still lovely. Our previous time, we stayed at the Hewitt Wellington just up the road. Although the HW was just fine, the Sandpiper is a far superior B&B. The Four Seasons it is not. If... More

I am glad you enjoyed your stay at the Sandpiper Inn. Irene did a lot of damage to the southend boardwalk, but Spring Lake is undamaged and there is still over a mile of boardwalk to walk, run, or bike. The 2 mile beach is in great shape to walk, jog and of course the surfers are riding the waves!!... More

We absolutely loved the Sandpiper Inn! The innkeeper, Chris, was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming! Our room (the Nantucket) was just off of the main parlor and huge porch and had an partial ocean view. The Inn provides beach badges, beach chairs/towels, umbrellas and bikes - everything you need to make your Spring Lake visit enjoyable! Also, the Inn has a... More

We I stayed here in June of '11 and found the Inn to be a pure delight. It's location can't be beat - just a few steps from the beautiful Spring Lake beach. It's located on a lovely street with all the great amenities you should expect from a seaside inn - gorgeous 2nd floor wrap-around porch with views of... More

I decided to take a last minute day trip. It was a gorgeous Sunday and the beach and sweet town of Spring Lake, Nj beckoned. I spent the afternoon on the beach and walking around the beautiful manicured grounds and gorgeous houses. Spring Lake to me is one of those towns that makes me question living anywhere but the beach.... More

My wife and I went to the Sandpiper Inn for a weekend sans kids. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Chris, the owner is a helpful, kind and skilled Innkeeper. Just one example of the "over and above" nature of the Inn....I made a reservation for Whispers, a local romantic restaurant. I, of course, forgot to bring slacks for... More
