EXCELLENT SERVICE! Arrived at 10 PM after a long day in NYC. Fromt desk personnel was exceptional. Room was what I expected from Marriott: CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. ALL AROUND GREAT HOTEL! More

I was really shocked to see that this is a Marriott property. Its really dated and dark that was a little surprising to me. None of my request in the profile were honored during the say and I must say that times, the staff was evasive and not helpful. The bar area is nice but the rooms are dated and... More

Trenton is not a nice place to visit (sorry Trentonites). That being said, if you must be here this is the only hotel you should choose. A standard Marriott - free parking in a garage, free breakfast, really nice front desk - its not run down or shabby like a handful of other properties. If you have to be here,... More

They have a practice of not scanning our credit card for incidentals until you ask them to, a little weird (even when I handed it to them they said to come back when I wanted to use it, huh?). Bar has food and is open late which is good because there is NOTHING open downtown. Rooms were fine and have... More

I stayed here because, there was a work related event being held in one of the ballrooms. I stayed for two night. Because I was unfamiliar with the area, I was able to remain in the hotel. The best part was their restaurant- Archives! It was very yummy! All the food was made fresh. I work in the food industry,... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our downtown hotel and restaurant MBD223! I will certainly pass along your positive remarks to the chef and associates at Archives. Our restaurant is a top dining choice not only for our guests, but for the entire downtown area. In addition, I’ve noted your comments regarding the condition of the hotel. I’m... More

If you're meeting with the State, this a close and solid place to stay. OK food for breakfast, OK bar at night, good rooms and service. What you expect. More

Location was the top reason for choosing this hotel, and we'll probably use it again, if only for the superb service; more on that later. That said, there were a few issues. We are older & asked for an accessible room which had advantages & some drawbacks. Everything is on wheelchair level. Hanger bar in closet, hooks on bathroom door--everything!... More

I stay here when I have business in Trenton, and while there's no particular pizzazz about the place to beckon me back each time, it is a good decent place to stay, and conveniently located to downtown. I find the rooms clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only criticism is that I've found service in the restaurant a bit uneven especially... More

This is nice hotel. It is older and looks like it is worn down. The edges of the elevator carpet were worn and dirty. The front glass doors rattled with being opened too many times. The rooms were clean and decent. What ever the hotel lacks in physical attributes, it makes up for in service from its staff. This hotel... More

I recently traveled to Trenton for an event. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, Friday and Saturday, October 21st-23rd. Let me tell you I have never been to a hotel where the "partying occurs" by young people into the early hours of the morning. On Saturday morning I complained to the front desk staff and they said, they... More
