Rude, rude and rude. There were no towels in the room. The pillows were lumpy and the blankets had many pills and holes in them. The washrags left a lot to be desired. The remote didn't work. What a dump. Opened my door to find a half empty bottle of water on the TV and a day old, half read news paper on the desk. Clock didn't work, toilet seat was broken and my room smelled so bad I had to leave the door open. Never again !!! More
