After a dark, windy drive arriving late at Ocean Bay, we were greeted by Sven and Kirsten in the garden, who had already started cooking a 'brae' for their other guests. Having understandably given up hope of our arrival, we were nonetheless warmly welcomed with wine and delicious food. Both Kevin and I enjoyed the excellent company whilst the children... More

This place was wonderful! Very pretty, best breakfast and the people were extremely helpful and friendly!! The only drawback was finding it (although if you go to the information/tourist center in town they'll hook you up with a map and then it's easy peesy). Check this place out! More

We've spent 3 night here in March and had a fantastic time. There was a very warm welcome in which Kirsten told us everything we needed to know about Jeffrey's Bay, possible activities and great places to eat. Our home for these days was the Africa suite, which is a great place to stay. The kindness of Sven and Kirsten... More

We stayed at the Ocean Bay the last week of our honeymoon (Jan 2012) after having travelled through SA for 10 days. It was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Sven and Kirsten and felt immediately what a unique atmosphere The Ocean Bay has. We stayed in the Africa suite which is furnished in... More

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay in Jeffreys Bay with Kirsten, Sven and Carolin in October 2011. The B&B has a great view of the bay, an awesome pool and lovingly decorated rooms with great beds. Since we arrived on a Sunday, most of the restaurants were closed, so Kirsten and Sven organised a nice barbecue with us and... More
