We were given the choice of a garden room (wth a little room upstairs overlooking the beautiful mountains) or a larger, lighter room upstairs near the restaurant. A quick weekend to the cape winelands and the beautiful town of Franschhoek and what a lovely hotel with very good restaurant. We highly recommend it for a romantic couples breakaway. Rooms are well designed, clean and a high level of maintenance maintained throughout. We loved the stay and will be back soon with friends!

A perfect setting for a few days of exploration around Franschhoek. The villas are large and very well appointed. A nice entrance/sitting room with TV and access to a covered veranda. The villa is the ideal place to spoil your loved one. It makes me feel like a princess! The rooms are gorgeous, linen of very good quality, decor opulent. I wish to go there at least once a year!
