The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Friendly hosts, great location, fantastic rooms. Would recommend to everyone going to Franschhoek. Breakfasts are immense and everything is within walking distance of the house. Very secure and fantastic view from our balcony.

Beautiful and well-maintained place. Great, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone, even solo travelers. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere surrounds the place, and you can enjoy a glass of wine sitting out by the pool. Plumwood is located just a couple of blocks away from the main street in Franschhoek, behind the public library.

The owners were very friendly and really made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom spotless. Proximity to the centre of Franschhoek made it very easy to access restaurants and walking distance to the main road. Altogether a lovely experience and a very relaxing place.
