Pulled into Clovis about 10pm on a Saturday night. Town was quiet. When we checked into hotel there was not another soul in lobby, hallways, etc. And we left 6:30am on a Sunday morning, again not another person in view in hallways, or lobby/breakfast area. Hotel is a nicer La Quinta than many with a large, fancier, lobby area and large updated rooms. However, the TV and it's remote had to be 20 years old with a poor quality picture and a frustrating remote control. Few programming options which seems to be the standard for La Quintas. We would return - thank goodness for iPads!

The staff is very friendly. The suite we had is the largest suite we have ever stayed in, crazy big! Huge room with pull out coach, mini mc/fridge/sink area and huge room with king bed. Very good complimentary breakfast. Great for a family!! We will be back again!!
