Hobbs can be a rough town for weekday hotel reservations. This one was clean and had decent accommodations for the price. Breakfast was average at best and sound carried very well into my room from my neighbors TV. Would rate lower but many average experiences with hotels in the area boost this a bit. That sums it up! The two room suite was unclean, the hide away couch was broken, the cable was down at time of arrival, none of the television remotes worked, and there is a big stain in floor.
