This is an excellent property. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the rest of Las Cruces and to the interstate. It's my preferred hotel in Las Cruces.

Not only is this hotel at a perfect location but the facility is great. Very clean rooms and lobby area, extremely friendly staff (everybody smiles and greets you in the hallways), great breakfast! Probably the nicest place in Las Cruces.

This hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely book this hotel again when staying in Las Cruces, NM. We will also recommend it to other family members.

I stayed overnight w/ grand kids age 5, 6 and 9. Kid friendly hotel; great pool & hot tub. Rooms clean & quiet; comfortable beds. All the necessities for traveling w/ kids- microwave, fridge, flatscreen TV, decent wifi, and ok breakfast. Furr's Buffet right next door. We had fun and could have happily spent more time there!

Excellent location near New Mexico State University, the freeway, old town and other attractions in town. The hotel feels more like a Sheraton, Hyatt or Hilton then a Hampton Inn. We upgraded to the suite, and were very pleased with the value for the space and amenities that the suite offered. Definitely a good value and recommended.

The room is adequate. I couldn't open the windows during the cool night so I had to run the a/c all the time (daytime temp 90). Even on low the fan was very noisy. The "scrambled eggs" were really bad - the taste & texture did not resemble eggs as all. The baked goods were standard manufactured quality, not exciting.... More

We stay in Hamptons a lot. But this one had a few things that could have been better. The AC/ did not work well, you could not adjust the temperature, it was either very cold or stuffy warm, fan only worked on high speed. Bathroom floor was not that clean, very sticky. This hotel wasn't just clean, it was WOW clean. All the housekeepers were in hairnets, that wasn't expected but very much appreciated. As a property manager I know the importance of cleanliness, and I was impressed by this hotel.

Called on the way to check for room, I wanted 2 queen beds, they had a suite with 2 queen beds. Excellent room, very clean, lots of room, couch made into bed, we did not need to use, but would be great if you have children traveling with you. Staff was very nice, pool great.
